The un-Belizable Rooftop Oasis, located on the third level (built in 2021), includes an 880 square foot one-bedroom apartment, a large, covered patio with lounging furniture, grill and stunning handmade dining table, and an open area with hot tub and hammock surrounded by tropical plants. There is beautiful custom woodwork throughout, and the views of the reef and surrounding area are astonishing.

The apartment is well appointed with a comfy couch and over-sized chair, king-sized Sleep Number bed, 2 Smart TVs, a completely furnished kitchen for cooking, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Of course, wi-fi, reverse osmosis drinking water, and 2 ACs complete this wonderful space.
