Getting to Belize
Several major airlines have DAILY scheduled flights to Belize International Airport, including Southwest, American, United, Air Canada, Alaska, Delta, Jet Blue, WestJet, and Sun Country.
Getting to Caye Caulker & Pura Vida Inn
Arriving at the International Airport, (BZE), guests have two excellent transportation options to Caye Caulker:

Ground taxi to water taxi terminal, then water taxi to Caye Caulker - or -

Commuter airplane directly from BZE Airport to Caye Caulker Airport
Water Taxi -vs- Flight: a choice of two excellent visitor-friendly travel experiences: A one-hour Caribbean boat ride, or a 10-minute scenic flight. Cost: for two travelers together, the one-way transportation cost from the airport to Caye Caulker is approximately $100us per person by airplane, or $40us by taxi/ water taxi.
BY WATER TAXI:
The fixed-rate taxi fare for the approximately 30-minute drive from BZE to either water taxi terminal is $30us for one or two passengers, $35us for three passengers, four or more passengers: $10us each.
San Pedro-Belize Express and Caribbean Sprinter each operate regularly scheduled water taxi (ferry) service to Caye Caulker. SPBE offers larger, more comfortable boats. Sprinter operates faster smaller boats with shorter travel time. One-way water taxi fares: SPBE $21us, Sprinter $29us. It is recommended to purchase water taxi tickets upon arrival at the terminal. Advance fares are more expensive and still require the ticket window process.
Pura Vida Inn staff will gladly arrange and reserve dependable ground taxi service to greet and transport you from the International Airport to the Water Taxi Terminal.

San Pedro Belize Express and Caribbean Sprinter water taxi Caye Caulker terminals are located just North of Pura Vida Inn, a short stroll South (to the right, if facing the Caribbean Sea) along the waterfront path, 250 yards from the SPBE terminal, 185 yards from Caribbean Sprinter.
Pura Vida hosts offer to greet guests arriving at the water taxi terminal between 8:30am - 4:30pm, assisting with luggage, and providing complimentary golf cart transportation if desired.

Tropic Air and Maya Island Air, operate several scheduled flights daily to Caye Caulker. Visit their websites to view schedules, fares and book flights. Both local airlines are known for flexibility in accommodating arriving international passengers with reservations

Directions from the Caye Caulker airstrip to Pura Vida Inn:
Tropic Air and Maya Island Air terminals are located 0.6 miles south of Pura Vida Inn, a convenient golf cart ride.
From the airport, travel North on the Airport Road (Avenida Mangle) to RIGHT (east) on Estrella St. Travel 3 blocks to the Caribbean waterfront.Left (North) 1/2 block / 35 yards to Pura Vida Inn.
Golf cart taxis are available. The fixed rate fee is $5 USD per passenger.
